A 40 minute cross country run on the Saturday and a couple of hours on the tandem (mainly offroad single track)
Out for a couple of hours for a night ride. Plenty of uphill! Read my ride report over at brightonmtb.org
1 hour of weights, 30 minutes fast run and a cool down on the ergo
2hrs 15min on the bike. Home -> Devils Dyke -> shoreham and back. About 19.50 miles
Went for a runwith Clare from the car park at the bottom of Devils Dyke Road. Ran up Devils Dyke, along the downs and then back. Took about 1hr 10min
Did 30 minute ergo. 7504m achieved
Did 45 minutes of weights after work. Then went for a 2 hour cycle with the guys from www.brightonmtb.org Had a great time and managed to only fall off a few times!
Went to BMF. Had a good session
Ran from our place to Preston Park and then round it 3 times
