Ergo

Yoga & Spin

45 minute spin class followed by an hour of yoga.

Run in slindon park

Did the loop from whiteways carpark, up to the roman road and then back to the carpark on the southdowns way. Got round in 45minutes

South downs run

Did an hour in the south downs with Clare. Ran from the base of devils dyke (by the farm) to the Jack & Jill windmills and then back to the carpark all along the south downs way. Nice run with some good hills

Run & Bike – Whiteways

Hours run looping from carpark to roman road and then back on the south downs way. Repeated the loop twice on the bikes. Out for about 2:15 in total

Brighton to Eastbourne

Blasted along the South Downs way from brighton to Eastbourne. Had to ride the roads into Eastbourne as I was running out of time. Time: 3hr 41min,
