Great Thursday MTB

Nice fast ride. Only one big tumble. Out for just under 3 hours in total and covered about 16 miles

First outdoor softball practice

First outdoor practice of the year. Not much exercise involved but had a good time

2 hour gentle cycle

Cycled up to Stanmer park and did some single track with CB. Just under 2 hours and about 13 miles covered.

Monday – Weights

Good 1.5 hour weight session with a quick swim to finish 2 x 20kg on the chest dumbells 32kg on the one armed chest pull 2 x 16kg on the tricep dips 25kg clean and jerk

short ride up to Devils Dyke and back

Short ride in the morning. Puncture on my part and technical problems with my friends bike turned this into an easy jaunt up to the downs and back.

Night ride with Brightonmtb.org

A great fun ride with the brightonmtb.org guys. Nice and fast.

Run round Preston Park

An easy paced 40 minute run round Preston park a couple of times.

Tillington to Winchester on the South Downs Way

Another 35 miles. Started the route in Cocking and Cycled on to Winchester. Took about 6 hours. CB not enjoying the hills!

Cycle to Tillington via South Downs Way

Just under 40 mile cycle to Tillington. Brighton to Shoreham along the coastal cycle route and then across the South Downs way to Tillington. Nice and easy pace as CB was getting used to her new bike.
